The 30-Day No Sugar Challenge
for Women of Faith

A faith-rooted, identity-focused challenge that helps you overcome cravings, honor your body, and trust yourself — one intentional day at a time.

When my 8-year-old daughter was diagnosed with prediabetes, everything shifted. As I helped her change her habits, I realized I needed to change mine too. So I created this 30-day no sugar challenge to help me step into a new identity: from someone who gave in to sugar to someone who could overcome the cravings.

This is about becoming a woman who acts with intention, honors her body, and trusts herself with God.
