I used to hide. God had other plans.
My Kindergarten teacher never heard me speak until she walked into a room without me noticing and caught me talking to the school's cat. As a youth, when I gave my first talk, my voice wouldn't come. I was known as the quiet one — and voted shyest senior in high school.
But the Lord saw my true worth and potential. He saw what I could not see. As I developed faith in God, He began to help me believe in myself. I began to speak. I began to share my voice, and my light began to shine.
Through some major heartache at age 15, I discovered a passion for helping others see their potential. I poured myself into learning everything I could about psychology and personal development — earning a degree in psychology, serving a mission on Temple Square speaking to people from all over the world, and becoming a Master NLP Practitioner and certified life coach.
I also have life experience with grief, anxiety, and heartache — and experience as a wife and mom to four courageous kids. All of that shapes how I show up for the women I coach. I'm not teaching from a textbook. I'm walking this path too.
"The Lord saw my worth before I could. Now I help women see what He already sees."
"I see myself as a spiritual nutritionist — helping women nourish their faith, identity, and confidence from the inside out."
"My role isn't to fix you. It's to help you gently uncover your true divine self and remember who God has always known you to be."
